Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 19, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how SLOE Labs Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a Canadian corporation, collects, uses, and protects your information when you use SLOE OS, including Sloe Laboratory, Guild, and our vertical apps (the “Service”), available at sloelabs.com. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

2. Google User Data

SLOE OS by SLOE Labs Inc. uses Google connections for Guild’s “Send from my email” feature and the calendar features in our vertical apps, including Sloe Law and Construction. You choose whether to connect your Google account and approve access on Google’s consent screen. The permissions used by these connections are:

These are the Google permissions covered by this policy. Each connection uses the permissions requested on its consent screen; listing a permission here does not mean every feature accesses that data. Gmail sending does not use calendar data. We do not request Google Sheets or Drive access for these connections.

Processing and storage. Composio acts as our integration processor. It holds the Google OAuth access and refresh tokens and makes authorized Google API requests for us. SLOE OS stores connection references, the account identity used by the feature, connection status, and action records; it does not store those Google tokens in its application database or send them to agents or the browser. Calendar results pass through our backend to the requesting app. Outgoing messages pass through our backend and Composio to Gmail. Messages you compose and records you create in the app remain part of your account until deleted under this policy.

Our hosting and storage providers include Cloudflare (web delivery, application hosting, and R2 file storage), Hetzner (backend and tenant runtime hosting), and Neon (application databases). They process data needed to operate these features. We share Google data with Composio and these providers only as needed to provide the connection and the feature you use. We do not sell Google data, use it for advertising, or use it to train general-purpose AI or machine-learning models.

Disconnect, revoke, and delete. Choose Disconnect in the app’s integration settings to stop that connection’s access through SLOE OS. We also request deletion or revocation of the connection at Composio; if the provider is unavailable, local disconnection still takes effect. To revoke Google authorization directly, open your Google Account’s third-party connections, select SLOE OS, and remove its access. Disconnecting does not erase emails already sent, events already created in Google, or records already saved in your SLOE OS account. Request deletion of your account, stored Google identity, connection records, or associated Google data at support@sloelabs.com. We handle deletion requests and processor deletion under section 7, subject to legal retention requirements.

Google API Services User Data Policy — Limited Use. SLOE OS’s use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3. Payments

Paid plans are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not collect or store your full card number or other complete payment-card details; these are handled directly by Stripe under their own security and compliance program. We retain only limited billing metadata (such as plan, status, and the last four digits of a card) needed to manage your subscription.

4. Service Providers (Subprocessors)

We share data with the following providers strictly to operate the Service:

5. How We Use Information

We use your information to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Service; to authenticate you; to process payments; to send transactional messages; and to comply with legal obligations.

6. We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use Google user data for advertising.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us at the address below; we will delete it within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

8. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and at rest for sensitive credentials and connected-service tokens. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
